other option is to have Custom Sheds design and build a granny flat catered
specifically to your needs. This includes all the features needed for the flat
to be fully self contained and we consult with town planners to ensure you
receive a high quality dwelling that fits your budget. These flats are 60m2
with two bedrooms. Prices for custom built granny flats start at $75,000 and we
can also take care of all the council licensing requirements for an additional
cost. These prices are very reasonable considering the features that are
included that you save you further costs after the work is completed.
